Workplace Sevices
Workplace Services offer expert guidance and support for
dealing with today’s challenging workplace. The variety
of daily issues experienced by employees, managers, and executives
has broadened. In response, LCS has an expanded scope of employer
services. LCS consultants have a unique background in organizational
psychology, counseling, human resources, and business. The
following services are accessed through the EAP Account Manager:
Management Consultation
Access to our team of management consultants offering managers
and supervisors ways to approach an individual, particular
situation such as a sensitive workplace issue, an interpersonal
conflict, or a retention strategy
Trauma Response Services
Rapid, local, ongoing support and assistance for addressing
critical incidents in the workplace
Leadership Skill and Organizational Development
Access to our team of consultants offering forward-thinking
and future-planning workshops, seminars, and individual skill
development. Guidance for all levels of leadership to refine
their skills, learn to deal with new challenges, and assist
in managing change and improving organization. Leadership
Skill and Organizational Development includes:

Department of Transportation Referrals
(DOT) and Substance Abuse Program Assessment (SAP)
Effective coordination of DOT and NON-DOT SAP referrals and
access to our qualified SAPs who provide evaluations, written
recommendations for treatment, and coordination of compliance
monitoring
