We are dedicated to a menu-driven EAP model which not only
exceeds the quality of other programs, but also strives to
meet an employer’s unique needs. LCS excels in both
account service and selection of highly qualified counselors.

Session model and eligibility of members can be prescribed
by the employer

LCS can expand the availability of licensed therapists in
locations throughout the United States when needed or requested
by the employer
Employee Orientations
On-site group training focusing on the resources available
to employees through Employee Services including health fairs
Supervisory Training
On-site group training focusing on the different types of
resources available to supervisors through the EAP and Workplace
Services programs
Learning Programs
Up to one hour of knowledge-based training on a variety of
topics customized and offered to audiences per employer’s
request
